My Process

  • We'll get on a discovery call to make sure we're a good fit while finding the perfect package for you. From there I'll get you onboarded with everything from booking your project to staying connected throughout the process.

  • You’ll be a part of every step of the process and will get to see your vision come to life — which is so exciting! We'll communicate throughout your project via my project management system, videos, and calls too keep us moving forward and designing on the timeline.

  • You’ll receive a folder with your final branding files, launch graphics, and video tutorials to manage a consistent look throughout your marketing efforts as well as confidently managing your website too!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I don’t believe that just a logo can tell your brand’s full story or set your business up for success for years to come. For that reason, I do not offer just a logo and only specialize in full branding. I believe it’s worth doing right the first time!

  • Yes! A non-refundable 30% deposit is due and required to book your spot in my calendar. The remaining payments are spaced out monthly so you can invest comfortably in your business.

  • Your project timeline depends on the service. The branding process takes about four weeks, and branding + website design projects take about 8-10 weeks. Please see my services page for more information and timelines.

  • YES, absolutely! I love working with previous clients on new adventures and projects.

  • I do not. I suggest either working with a copywriter (which I can refer you to) or if you plan on writing your own copy, I offer a website copy guide as an optional option to help write your own web copy.

  • The short answer is no I do not. When you work with me, we’re building a strong brand identity that’s creative, cohesive, and strategic. After we have laid the foundation of your brand aka all the pretty visuals and strategy we will then build your website.

  • Throughout the process we’ll primarily communicate through my project management system and recorded videos (which is super easy and it’s basically like texting thanks to the app)! This system allows us to communicate efficiently. We’ll also have a few video calls as needed.
